Censixx has a good idea about walking and listening to music. No matter what type of music you like, it is soothing and somewhat of a motivator to move those limbs that have started to become weak. Walking, whether you walk for 15 minutes or an hour is a good start to better health. So keep it up seniors, and good health to all.
